This weekend marks the grand opening of NoMad Las Vegas, the third boutique hotel from restaurateur William Guidara and his partner chef Daniel Humm.
Consisting of 293 rooms on the top four floors of the rebranded Park MGM, the hotel-within-hotel concept will have its own casino filled with high-limit blackjack, roulette and baccarat games along with an intimate ambiance that feels more Monte Carlo than your usual Vegas fare. (Sorry, fans of ugly licensed slot machines.)
Of course, given the NoMad pedigree and chef Daniel Humm's involvement, the food and drink are expected to be exceptional and likely award-winning, while a live jazz band will accompany most evening hours.
For tasteful travelers who dread the stereotypical Vegas experience, this is the hospitality antidote you've been waiting for. See you at the tables.
