The Ace Hotel is joining a number of hospitality brands like Aman and Fauchon in Kyoto, Japan later this year with its new 213-room palace designed in collaboration with renowned Japanese architect Kengo Kuma. It's due to open on April 16 and just began accepting reservations.

Everything from landscaped gardens to gallery spaces to a multitude of tasteful eateries fills the design-centric property, which will set patrons back roughly $400/night during peak season. And as always with Ace Hotel properties, it's finished with luxe, tasteful details like wings+horns bathrobes and intoxicating toiletries.

It's hard to go wrong with an Ace Hotel stay and we can't wait to check out this new spot in person. See you at the bar...?
