Our favorite sneaker design of the year so far is the fragment design x Air Jordan 3 Retro SP from legendary Japanese designer Hiroshi Fujiwara. It sold out near-instantly this morning through the Nike SNKRS app, of course, but thankfully for those who don't have an army of bots and an unlimited amount of time at their disposal, you can still score a pair with cool ease right here.
That's thanks to reseller market StockX, who confirms the legitimacy of each pair of sneakers you purchase before it hits your doorstep. It comes at a premium, as you would imagine, but it might just be worth it for some.
As for the sneaker itself, it focuses on a clean and minimalistic look that opts for a mix of white tumbled leather and smooth black leather along with an Air-assisted white midsole clad with subtle technical data. It's finished with the thunderbolt logo from fragment design at the heel as well as stealthy Jumpman motifs in multiple spots.
