Menswear designer Todd Snyder linked up with decoupage specialist John Derian on a very cool collection of "wearable art." And though Derian typically displays his curated work through handmade plates and paperweights, it translates surprisingly well to clothing.
The standout pieces in the collection are the s/s shirts made from imported lightweight Italian cotton and outfitted with patterns from John Derian’s extensive archive of vintage prints and ephemera. “There’s a sense of fun and whimsy in what John does,” notes Snyder. “And so that lent itself to starting our partnership with cabana sets and more casual wear.”
Shop through the entire drop here, which also includes various sweatshirts (crewneck and hooded), shorts, and face masks. Derian has a cult following thanks to his popular East Village shop, best-selling book, and high-level collabs with the likes of Astier de Villatte, so it wouldn't be shocking to see the collection move fast.
