S.F.-based menswear brand Taylor Stitch is here to get fall kicked off in proper style with another icon-in-the-making, this time with a new flannel shirt designed with the utility of motorcycle wear in mind.

The aptly named Moto Shirt is cut from silky-soft 7oz organic cotton and then constructed with sturdy triple-needle chain-stitch construction that takes it from "burly" to "nearly bulletproof." Lock-stitched buttons and buttonholes, meanwhile, double down on durability.

The Moto Shirt also opts into an unexpected Orange Plaid paired against darker tones, which feels more menacing and less played-out than your standard fall check. "It packs some serious punch, so it’ll leave a strong impression even if it’s flying by at 95 mph," the brand notes. And though there are plenty of ways to wear the statement piece, we like it best unbuttoned over a crisp white t-shirt. However, it plays equally well as a comfy mid-layer when the weather dips.

The no-nonsense look is available to pick up here at a special discounted price for those who get their order in early. And though pairing with a vintage Moto Guzzi isn't necessary by any means, it's certainly encouraged.
