Common Projects' understated suede Chelsea boots are as cool as shoes can get and probably the most sought after piece of footwear in the menswear scene right now.
Made in Italy with slightly tapered toes, elasticated side panels for easy on-off, and set on rubber-crepe soles, shops around the globe are having a difficult time keeping these things on shelves. Unless your shoe size is either "Shaquille O'Neal" or "Santa's little elf helper," they've been selling out ludicrously fast.
Priced at $515, they're not cheap, but you'll have these for years and the quality is top-shelf. Plus, the embossed gold serial number, unique to every pair and a CP signature, is a nice touch.
As of this writing, they're back in stock, but don't expect that to last long. Get on it!
