Taylor Stitch's New Shirt Suits Stylish Outdoorsmen Everywhere

When Taylor Stitch sets out on a clothing quest, perfection is the goal and time is no object. A prime example: the Yosemite Shirt, their "multi-year effort" to create the perfect outdoor shirt, bar none.

It has taken on a few different forms over various seasons but the S.F.-based apparel artisans seem to have finally reached the summit for fall. For the latest iteration, the brand "sourced the thickest, puppy-soft chamois" to produce what will instantly become one of your most beloved garments.

Unlike other shirts crafted from chamois – in Taylor Stitch's universe at least, a heavy-duty, perfectly brushed flannel that never pills and just gets better with age — this one is made from 100% organic cotton, meaning the environment wasn't ravaged to grow it with chemicals and other nasty junk.

Ideal over a t-shirt or on top of another button-down for optimal warmth, the 9-oz. cloth is super soft but tough as nails for whatever you throw it's way, from Sunday brunch bloody marys to long hikes in the woods.

And it's available in blue tartanslate grey and British khaki it has all the sartorial bases covered. Whichever one you choose, "good luck wearing through the elbow of this" as the T.S. crew says.
