At London Fashion Week Men’s, Aston Martin and Hogan, the Italian luxury sneaker brand from Tod's, unveiled a new collaboration that's sure to appeal to stylish speed freaks.
Available later this month, the sneaks will come in four colors designed to echo the interior of Aston's eye-popping supercars, including the new DB11. Based on an iconic Hogan design named Olympia, leather is paired with nylon mesh for maximum comfort, elegance, durability, and style.
The sleek silhouette draws inspiration from Aston Martin sports cars and includes detailing from Aston Martin’s stunning leather craft workshop. Layers of leather applied to the exterior of the shoe are expertly hand sewn by Aston's artisans.
The tongue of the sneaker is cut from Aston Martin’s classic "kestrel" tan leather with pinched seam detailing, embossed with the iconic Aston Martin wing logo. Even the thread is custom made to perfectly match the different hides used in the meticulous construction of the kicks.
Limited to a run of just 3,000 pairs, the Aston Martin x Hogan collection will be available at Hogan flagship stores worldwide, on Hogan.com and at the Aston Martin Dover Street brand centre in the heart of London's Mayfair from the end of June. Pricing has yet to be announced.
The DB11 is a gentlemanly yet extremely muscular grand tourer with a 600 hp twin-turbo V12 engine. With a starting price of about $215,000 is sits at the pinnacle of ultra-luxury sports coupes. It can do 0 to 62 in 3.9 seconds with a top speed of 211 mph. And if you're gonna go that fast we definitely recommend doing it in these shoes....
