Being busy is not something to be proud of. Neither is working back breaking hours sitting in front of a computer for 14 hours a day. That's not, in any way or shape, something you should be bragging about. 

Working less, making more, and being able to have hobbies, spend time with your loved ones, and enjoy life is what it's all about. That's something to celebrate and strive for.
