Here's an amazing video that features VP of Real Estate at Google Dave Radcliffe and architects Thomas Heatherwick and Bjarke Ingels discussing their wildly impressive master plan for the new Google HQ in Mountain View, California. Really quite beautiful and it's amazing that a company as big and dominant as Google is so very focused on employee quality of life, the environment, and doing things differently. The whole video is very good, but if you want to get to the best stuff, skip ahead to around the 4:00 mark.

They also provided some renderings of what to expect when construction is finished. Too cool---it's basically an alien spaceship in the middle of northern California.
