The packaging of the new candle collection from men’s fragrance company Guy Fox may be handsomely minimalist—black or white glass with pinewood lids, but the scents are rich and evocative.
Each is named in honor of a special getaway spot. Noma (for Sonoma, California) has warm notes of vanilla, jasmine and woody spice. Bondi, after the Australian beach town, is redolent of sugared orange and wild berries.
And then there’s PCH, the favorite of company co-founder Liam Eriksson, who tells AIROWS, “The PCH boasts crushed pineapple (yeah, it's a thing), lavender, and musk to make our first ‘cologne-type’ candle. It will definitely have you daydreaming of driving down the beautiful Pacific Coast Highway.”
