Saw some of this cool gear on MR. Porter and just had to share. The hardest part about going to the gym is actually going to the gym: driving, parking, checking in, etc. It takes valuable time away and makes the whole experience and makes the whole thing a little less inviting. But if you have a dedicated space at home? Whole different ball game. Here's a handful of awesome gym gear that looks as good as it works.
Ciclotte Exercise Bike: This is simply the most gorgeous statuary bike ever created and it's just as much a piece of art as it is a heavy duty cardio machine. It's got 12 different levels of resistance and even a place to attach an iPad---perfect for getting healthy while you Netflix binge watch.
Crossrope 2.0: This isn't your run-of-the-mill jump rump, it allows you to increase weight and resistance to add to the brutal-ness.
Runpersonal Visioweb: Not only is this the best looking treadmill in the game, but it's got an insane 19 inch touchscreen that can be used for anything from television to internet browsing. Scoping out Airows while running a 6-minute mile has never been easier.
Weider 40 lbs Kettlebell: Using a kettlebell or two in your workout is a real deal, and the easiest way to get that full body soreness going. This one has adjustable weights, so you can easily go between 10 lbs and 40 lbs in 5 lbs increments. It's fantastic because you just need one and not a whole set taking up valuable space in your home gym.
Waterrower Classic: This bad boy is made with American black walnut, looks absolutely amazing and uses real water as resistance. That means, with every stroke, you hear the "swoosh" noise a real oar would make in water. It's an incredibly relaxing way to sweat.
Boxitalia Punching Bag: If only for display purposes, having a badass punching bag in your home gym is a must. But if you actually want to get your Ali on---it's a great workout and can help reduce those stress levels of yours ten fold. This one, from Boxitali, is the best looking one your cash can buy.
TRX Suspension System: Navy Seals developed this workout, so you know it's the real deal. Basically, this set up allows you to use your body weight for some serious gain that goes beyond just your typical pull-up or pushup.
Grid Foam Roller: Using this not only feels amazing, but helps prevent injuries if you do it before and after your workout. Basically, you role back and forth in different positions on this thing, and it gives you muscles a nice massage. This alone won't make you look like Arnold Schwarzenegger, but it's a nice thing to have in your home gym.
