The talented team at Diego Guayasamin Arquitectos did an amazing job with Residencia Cumbaya, a super modern Ecuadorian pad that features the cleanest of lines and the most contemporary of design choices. Though there's a lot to like about this place, the coolest part about it is the giant underground garage, which has plenty of space for a multitude of cars and motorcycles. Try not to be too jealous.
