Aston Martin's First Foray Into Architecture Will Change the Face of Luxury Living

Paging Mr. Bond.

Behold Aston Martin Residences, the plan for a 66-story ultra-luxury tower in Downtown Miami just unveiled by the venerable supplier of sports cars to agent 007.

The eye-popping project marks Aston Martin’s first-ever foray into real estate development and design and aims to let the marque's enthusiasts immerse themselves in the total Aston Martin lifestyle.

The idea being that you can go seamlessly from your Aston Martin penthouse to your Aston Martin yacht and your Aston Martin sports car, all without having to interact with lesser brands.

Slated for occupancy in 2021, Aston Martin Residences will be home to 390 multimillion-dollar condominiums offering incredible panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami area.

There will be seven Bond-worthy penthouses and one over-the-top duplex penthouse all of which will lay claim to private pools and enormous terraces.

The luxe tower will also feature two private lobbies, a two-level fitness centre with ocean views, a full-service spa, a garage worthy of the world's finest sports cars, and a marina for your Aston Martin yacht.

The residences will be "encased in a bold sail-shaped building" designed by Revuelta Architecture and Bodas Mian Anger, renowned for "creating landmark properties that are aesthetically pleasing and yet grounded in performance and purpose."

The Residences will be the ultimate expression of Aston's Art of Living venture, which integrates the bespoke craftsmanship of the cars at every level.

Features will include interior doors with bespoke artisan-made Aston Martin handles and tan leather door tabs in the same hide used to craft car interiors.

Aston Martin reception desks will adorn each lobby and the Aston aesthetic will be visible in all areas including the stunning infinity pool located on the 55th floor.

See you there...?
