Luxury watchmaker Ulysse Nardin is mixing things up in a big way with the new Freak X, which features a gorgeous geometric form with a "Razzle Dazzle" military camouflage in high contrast. And though the pattern might feel completely new and modern, it actually made its debut in naval combat during WWI.
The 43mm watch features a black DLC-treated titanium case paired with your choice of a black or white rubber-backed leather strap. It's powered by the watchmaker’s UN230 movement, which puts its silicone balance wheel on display via the exposed dial.
An artful departure for a brand that tends to sway so traditional, the Freak X is limited to just 30 examples worldwide and is available to order through authorized Ulysse Nardin dealers now. It's priced at a cool $27,300 USD.
