Last year, the most sought-after timepiece wasn't a Rolex or Omega but the Timex Marlin, a $199 dress watch with a hand-wound movement that presented not only a tremendous value but extremely high levels of sophisticated style.
It sold out instantly. Over and over and over again. If you got one, you were lucky. And if you didn't, you're likely still holding out hope.
Lucky for the unlucky, though, the contemporary reissue of the 1960s Timex original is back in a limited edition release with NYC-label Todd Snyder.
Along with the new black sunray dial are the same elegant croco-embossed genuine leather strap and hand-wound mechanical movement from the original release.
