Leica Revived a Classic With Tons of Stylish Charm

All Leica cameras are photogenic, but none more so than the original Summaron wide angle you've probably seen on Tumblr and Pinterest a thousand times before. Acquire reports that the German camera masters are bringing it back from the dead, this time replacing the old-school screw-mount with the Summaron-M 28mm f/5.6.

Images with this thing feel very old school compared to most other digital cameras, the deep depth of field is impressive, and its small package makes it ideal for capturing beautiful images without having to drag around a giant setup. Vacation? Running around town with the family? Street shots? Perfect.

It's currently available for preorder with a price tag of $2,495. For a Leica, that ain't bad.....
