Australian designer Marc Newson reinterpreted the classic Atmos clock by Jaeger-LeCoultre by giving it "lungs," a special capsule that expands when temperatures rise and contracts when lowered. This "breathing" will keep the clock running perfectly for over 4,000 years, according to JLC.

Here's Newson himself discussing the design and inner-workings in-depth:

If you think this has a spot on your desk and have a cool $28,000 burning a hole in your pocket, you can acquire through Jaeger-LeCoultre's website. Best hurry, these won't last long.
