Huckleberry's Latest Custom Rolex is $45K of Pure Wrist Porn
Los Angeles-based jewelry company Huckleberry LTD just launched its latest custom Rolex creation. Dubbed The Palm #1 Watch, it's the first piece in its new The Palm capsule collection – and there's only one of them.
Priced at $45,000 and based off a classic stainless steel Rolex Submariner, Huckleberry's craftsmen spent 107 hours "repurposing" the timepiece and etching a bespoke palm tree motif into the band and lug ends.
There's more than meets the eye to this piece, however, a hummingbird with a white diamond eye is cleverly hidden on the band as well.
Finishing touches include an orange dyed date wheel on the face, while each watch comes presented in a custom reclaimed wood box with a plush orange suede lining.
Huckleberry designer Jason Hoehn also founded Nefarious Fine Jewelry and made headlines with his $30,000 diamond-encrusted aviator sunglasses worn by the likes of Kanye West and Victoria Beckham.
The watch just became available on September 23rd at www.huckleberryltd.co. We don't expect it will last long....
