When you really get into the watch collecting game you're likely to link up with like-minded souls for "GTG" – watch-speak for Get-Togethers – like RedBar to share your passion, swap pieces and stories, knock back a few Scotches and so forth.

Of course, you don't just show up and dump your prized possessions out on the table from an old plastic bag. But the range of accessories for stylishly toting timepieces is disappointingly small.

Hence Analog/Shift, online purveyors of vintage and classic watches made by the likes of Heuer, Breitling, Omega and more, have teamed up with brilliant British designer (by way of NYC) and watch collector Grahame Fowler on a collection to change all that.

The Grahame Fowler for Analog/Shift GAS Line as it's called includes everything from satchel and tote bags to watch rolls and document holders, priced from $130 to $720, to enable watch collectors to carry, protect and showcase their mechanical marvels in suitable style.

The collection, which launches online at AnalogShift.com this week, artfully blends leather, canvas, twill, quilting, camouflage and regimental detailing for a bit of vintage military flair. Key pieces include a diamond quilted cotton watch bandolier that snaps securely into the interior of a field bag providing 10 soft, padded compartments to carefully and discreetly transport timepieces.

The field bag, which comes in leather in Rootbeer or PVD colors in a nod to watch jargon or canvas with leather trim and brass hardware, is complemented by a tote bag made of cotton canvas with a riveted leather interior bottom for extra stability. Other transport-friendly items in the collection include a beautifully crafted smaller three-watch roll constructed of supple leather; a larger 12-watch roll with a large zippered pocket; and a special roll for carrying extra NATO straps and can be outfitted with British military-style NATOs in nylon or leather designed by Fowler as well.

And the final piece in the collection is “The Archive” document wallet, a specially-crafted, vegetable tanned leather carrier for important watch papers, booklets, warranties, hangtags, bezel inserts and dials.

For those watch collectors who also collect cars it can also double as the perfect glovebox organizer for vehicle documents. Lucky bastards....
