Fujifilm just unveiled a new version of its popular X100 camera which upgrades to a larger 26.2-megapixel X-Trans CMOS 4 sensor and X-Processor 4 with a boosted 23mm f/2.0 lens that's better suited to take advantage of the higher resolution sensor.

The stylish and aesthetically-pleasing everyday shooter is fitted with a few other improvements including a new hybrid viewfinder and revamped plates milled from single pieces of aluminum. It also packs 4K video capabilities and a very good film simulation mode, which paints photos in that flattering and warm way mere Instagram filters can only dream of.

A very solid alternative to pricier Leica builds, it's due to release in early March with pre-orders live here.
