Facebook has linked up with Ray-Ban on smart glasses designed to combine everyday wearability with impressive technology.

Arriving with over 20 combinations of frame/lens styles including the iconic Wayfarer shape, the specs pack undercover dual 5MP cameras that can instantly capture photo and video via button press or voice command. (And don't worry, an LED lights up when in capture mode, helping notify those around you that cameras are rolling.)

They also include built-in speakers and microphones for taking crystal clear calls and seamless music/audiobook/podcast playback via Bluetooth. Tight integration with the Facebook View app for iOS and Android, meanwhile, makes editing footage with augmented reality elements and more a breeze. And charging is done through the carrying case, much like AirPods, which can refill the battery three times and opts for USB-C.

The futuristic eyewear is available here with pricing starting at $299 USD. Polarized, transition, and prescription lenses are also available at an additional cost.
