We're not normally fans of Kickstarter or quartz watches, as the former always under delivers and the ladder is a million times less interesting than a wrist watch that uses an incredibly complex mechanical mechanism to measure the passage of time. But for SOME reason, this particular bad boy is resonating at 100%. It's a quartz watch, meaning it function electronically, so if you're already rocking a Rolex, Omega, Bell & Ross, Tudor, etc---you probably want to skip out on this. But if your wallet isn't fat and you want an entry-level timepiece to get you hooked on the watch game, you can't go wrong with one of these guys. This model is called the Silverstone and is inspired by chronographs of the 1960's. It totally nails the aesthetic, and has a price point that's hard to say no to---just $249. Here's a few shots of the thing in action, but if you just want to cut to the chase and order, head here.
