Design studio and EDC specialists The James Brand just released the Hells Canyon, an eye-popping culinary knife "designed to go where kitchen knives won’t" and made in collaboration with chef and entrepreneur Chris Consentino. And though details like a paracord lanyard and Kydex sheath make the blade ready for adventure, it can also handle top restaurant kitchens with equal ease.
Opting for a modern and minimal design like everything the brand creates, the knife uses Crucible s35vn stainless steel for great edge retention and corrosion resistance and features G10 composite on the grip for a satisfying handfeel. It arrives in a stylish presentation box, too, which adds to the gift appeal.
