Fill a Glass with the First-Ever Smoked American Gin

From a former chef.

Jake Sawabini, a former chef at Manhattan's famed Le Bernardin, is introducing the first-ever smoked American gin, made in New York State no less, along with two other flavorful elixirs.

The cool bottle design evokes the "rebellious streak" Swabini is bringing to the gin game with flavor profiles that go way beyond juniper.

His initial offerings bottled under the Empire Spirits Project (ESP) name include Smoked (applewood smoke, peppercorn and caraway). American Beauty (rose, ginger and cinnamon), and NoHo (saffron, cardamom and orange).

Bottled at 84 proof, they're currently available exclusively in the New York market with a suggested retail price of $37-$39 per bottle. Time to call in a few flavors.
