Cinco de Mayo and tequila go down just as easy as St. Patrick’s Day and an Irish whiskey. But unlike its Irish equivalent, Cinco de Mayo strategically falls at a time of year when you can enjoy its beverage of choice in its most natural habitat: outdoors.
There’s something extra refreshing about the already-refreshing combo of tequila and lime when its sipped in the sunshine. But after those basic necessities, what’s in the mix for an authentic Cinco de Mayo libation? Luckily, the guys at Olmeca Altos have the answer and it's as short as it is sour.
Their perfect Paloma recipe is highly drinkable and refreshing, perfect for poolside cocktails with a side of guacamole
