The dog days of summer, more commonly known as that miserably sweltering stretch of July and a bit of August, are almost upon us. But you can beat the heat with carefully considered beverage choices, like the explosively refreshing Batanga.
With its dynamic duo of core ingredients, brand new Altos Añejo tequila (which packs a well-balanced presence of sweet, cooked agave that is enhanced by notes of dried fruit and almonds) and Mexican cola is a fine companion for a breezy rooftop bar or outdoor party that's tasty, different, and flat-out cool. Or you’ll mix it up at home if open-air imbibing availability isn’t in your favor.
