So it may have nothing to do with Bryan Cranston, Aaron Paul, or slinging illegal substances in the American southwest, but the quality and intrigue of Serial make it the podcast equivalent to Breaking Bad. As far as audio content goes, this is basically the best way you can spend your time during your morning commute or gym session. Here's the official description, which does an excellent job summing it up nicely...

Serial is a new podcast from the creators of This American Life, hosted by Sarah Koenig. Serial will follow one story - a true story - over the course of a whole season. We'll follow the plot and characters wherever they take us and we won’t know what happens at the end of the story until we get there, not long before you get there with us. Each week we'll bring you the latest chapter, so it's important to listen in order, starting with Episode 1.

Season 1, which has been amazing through three episodes, is focused on the true crime story of a popular high-school senior disappearing after school one day in 1999 and the following arrest of her ex-boyfriend who swears he is innocent to this day, 15 years later. Sarah Koenig, the woman behind the show, explores the case in a way that makes you feel like you're reading an incredible book. Here's a quick preview to give you a better idea...

All in all, it's like no other podcast you've ever listened to... You should give it a shot, even if podcasts aren't normally your thing. You can subscribe in iTunes or simply stream via the embeds below. Here are the first three episodes---hope you enjoy as much as all of us at Airows have.
