Surfer Dramedy 'Lodge 49' Is a Great Hang

Wyatt Russell from Everybody Wants Some!! and the iconic "Playtest" episode of Black Mirror plays a down-and-out surfer who stumbles across a special ring that gets him membership into a dusty fraternal order. It's endearing and extremely likable with just enough sun-drenched mystery to keep you hooked from the start, even if its real appeal is simply spending time with the characters.

For those needing a break from the doom and gloom that fills so many of the biggest shows on television, consider this a perfect palate cleanser.
