It was just announced that Jared Leto will play the Joker again in the upcoming director's cut of Justice League from Zack Snyder and HBO Max. Leto previously played the character in 2016's far-from-good Suicide Squad movie and will be part of the $70 million in reshoots Warner Bros. is putting behind the remix, joining actors like Ben Affleck (Batman) and Amber Heard (Mera).
Due out next year, the movie is rumored to be over four hours long and will likely be broken up into a handful of "episodes." We're not exactly huge fans of the director's body of work but the unique nature of this film and its production has us extremely intrigued. And, of course, you can't argue with Snyder's eye for visual language.
