Damian Lewis Is The New Frontrunner To Replace Daniel Craig As James Bond

U.K. bookies slash odds on the 'Homeland' star.

The Homeland and Band Of Brothers star has been heavily tipped to play the next 007 after U.K. bookies at  William Hill surprisingly slashed his odds.   Here are the current frontrunners, according to them.

  • Damian Lewis (6/4)
  • Idris Elba (5/2)
  • Tom Hardy (4/1)
  • Henry Cavill (5/1)
  • Michael Fassbender (7/1)
  • Orlando Bloom (12/1)
  • Andrew Lincoln (14/1)
  • Dan Stevens (14/1)
  • Richard Armitage (14/1)
  • Daniel Day-Lewis (20/1)

We think Lewis is a fine actor, but we'd like to see a younger 007 this time around. Dan Stevens is a fantastic choice and we'd also like to throw Nic Hoult into the ring as a potential.
