Tesla Lowers the Price of the Model Y

Tesla has announced that the newly released Model Y will be receiving a $3,000 price reduction for the base version (now $49,990) and a $1,000 price reduction for the performance version (now $59,990).

The sleek SUV is one of the more appetizing car purchases right now thanks to its electric-related savings and painless buying experience. And compared to the Model 3 and Model S by the automaker, its size and design details (most notably black trim opposed to chrome) feel just right.
