Porsche is electrifying the SUV market with the reveal of its next-generation Macan, set to join the Taycan as an alluring electric vehicle (EV) offering. This pioneering all-electric SUV debuts in two dynamic versions: the Macan 4 and the Macan Turbo. The Macan 4 impresses with over 400 hp and 479 lb-ft of torque, while the Turbo version ramps up the excitement with 630 hp and 833 lb-ft of torque, achieving a 0-60 mph time of just 3.1 seconds.

This new Macan stands out with its rear-axle steering and two-valve dampers, a first for the model. Built on Porsche's advanced PPE platform, it houses a 110 kWh battery with 800-volt architecture, enabling rapid charging up to 270 kW. This means you can boost the battery from 10% to 80% in a mere 21 minutes. While EPA range is still under wraps, WLTP estimates suggest up to 380 miles for the Macan 4 and 367 miles for the Turbo.

The design takes a leap forward with a sportier, coupe-like profile, a spacious cabin, and significantly enhanced cargo space. It's due out later this year.
