Land Rover has just unveiled the upcoming Defender V8, which will debut as part of the 2022 model line due out later this year.

The luxury 4x4 will feature an updated version of the automaker's 5.0L supercharged V8 engine, which delivers 518 hp and a 0-60 mph time of 4.9 seconds. The exterior of the ride will also see unique aesthetic detailing, notably quad tailpipes, 22" wheels, and Xenon Blue front brake calipers.

A new Carpathian Edition of the Defender V8 will also be available for those who want the best of the best, which stuns in Carpathian Grey metallic with a contrast roof, bonnet, and taildoor in Narvik Black. It also features bespoke V8 Carpathian Edition badging finishes and Satin Black towing eyes, amongst other upgrades.
