Over the weekend, Lamborghini introduced the new Countach LPI 800-4 which channels the 1970s icon with similarly dramatic lines and a menacing presence. It's a fitting resurgence, as the original Contauch approaches its 50th birthday shortly.
The stunner is wrapped in a carbon fiber body with a photochromic roof and 3D-printed air vents and is available in a number of original paint options from the Lamborghini archives. It's powered by an 802 hp hybrid V12 good for a 0-62 mph time of 2.8 seconds and a top speed of 220 mph.
Limited to just 112 examples worldwide, the first few are expected to land in early 2022.
