We were lucky enough to spend some time with the Jaguar I-Pace upon release and were marveled by the mix of British heritage and all-electric technology. It was a car we didn't want to give back and one that further sold us that the future is electric. And fortunately for us and other EV fans, JLR just announced that their flagship XJ sedan is getting the same treatment.
Unlike the I-Pace, which is currently built by a contract manufacturer in Austria, the revamped XJ is set to be built at Jaguar's Castle Bromwich plant in the United Kingdom. Other details are being held close to the chest but stay plugged in here as specs and images release.
