The BMW X5 Gets the Black Vermilion Treatment
German automaker BMW has just unveiled the X5 Black Vermilion Edition, applying the "evil twin" treatment to its X5 xDrive40i base model.
The luxurious SUV is finished in Frozen Black Metallic with all chrome trim deleted for a true murdered-out look. Its got a high-gloss black kidney grille with red vertical bars, Darkened M Shadowline Adaptive Full LED headlights, and sits on 22" double-spoke wheels in matte Orbit Grey paired with red high-gloss M Sport brake calipers.
The interior, meanwhile, features a full leather cabin with red piping and stitching alongside a healthy amount of Alcantara and carbon fiber elements. They also dished out a touch of glass on the iDrive Controller, the automatic gear selector, and the start/stop button.
Limited to just 350 examples, pricing will kick off at $83,295 USD.
