Aston Martin just debuted the new DB11 Volante, a sizzling droptop supercar that's begging for empty roads and coastal views. It's always hit or miss when a car company turns a flagship model into a convertible, but the DB11 looks like it was born for open air.

There's no V12 option due to weight issues, unfortunately, but there's still plenty of oomph for speed demons – it's powered by an AMG-sourced 4.0-liter twin-turbo 503 horsepower V8 engine that can hit 62 mph in 4.1 seconds and reach a top speed of 187 mph.

The first deliveries will arrive in Q1 2018 with a price tag of $216,495.
