New York-based men's activewear label Ten Thousand is back with another cool collaboration, this time linking up with legendary outdoor outfitter Filson.

The collab is designed to meet the specific training needs of first responders and wildland firefighters and was developed with assistance from Alex Fitchler, a Frogman Combat Veteran and backcountry hunter.

A trio of pieces in Filson's signature Marsh Olive colorway make up the drop, including an active-ready t-shirt cut from a breathable, sweat-wicking, quick-drying, and abrasion-resistant fabric, an athletic short cut from a custom-milled, featherweight yet ultra-tough four-way stretch ripstop fabric, and training socks fitted with airflow-enhancing mesh panels, targeted cushioning, and anatomical arch support. Each piece has undergone a permanent silver ion anti-odor treatment, too, keeping things stink-free even after hundreds of washes and wears.

“Having FiIson ask us to help them make this collection is an incredible honor," notes Keith Nowak, founder of Ten Thousand. "While Filson was born in the woods and Ten Thousand was born in the gym, we both share a spirit that’s been forged from hard work, grit and the will to become better than we were yesterday. And this collection encompasses that perfectly.”
