New York-based men’s activewear label Ten Thousand has just unveiled the Distance Kit, a new collection developed with some of the world's top runners such as ultra-endurance athlete Rich Roll, two-time Olympian Ryan Hall, Kung Fu and Tai Chi master Hakim Tafari, and plant-based alternative endurance athlete Robbie Balenger.

“After a year of development — and literally thousands of miles wear-testing — we’re thrilled to unveil a running collection that’s truly worthy of the elite athletes that helped us create it," says Keith Nowak, co-founder of Ten Thousand. "From concepting to prototype evaluation to wear testing, our team of runners worked with us every step of the way, ensuring the Distance Kit not only meets their needs but the needs of every serious runner. The Distance Kit is, we believe, the new standard for high-performance running gear.”

The collection consists of three pieces: a running short that pairs an ultra-lightweight four-way stretch shell with a breathable mesh liner, a tank top cut from a quick-drying and moisture-wicking featherweight knit fabric with chafe-free bonded seams and ergonomic paneling, and anatomical compression socks locked and loaded with boast airflow-enhancing mesh panels, strategically placed cushioning, and built-in arch support.

Available now with pricing kicking off at $16 USD, you can shop through the whole collection right here.
