The Artful Alternative to Lululemon - Airows

We're always on the hunt for new men's performance lines that stand out from the crowd with elevated designs. It's a hard job, but someone has to point people away from shoddy Lululemon pieces and outlet mall scores.

One of our favorites right now is JACQUES, a New York City-based label that mixes clean design ethos and a minimalistic perspective with premium technology and construction. "Each carefully calibrated piece is designed to support the highest level of performance," says the brand. "While its quietly composed aesthetic aims to calm the senses."

Their tennis-focused collection is especially stylish, featuring a standout polo shirt created from an Italian jersey fabric with abrasion-resistant and moisture-wicking capabilities. It's also constructed with no-sew bonded hems, via Bemis technology, that allows a fuller range of motion during bouts of high-intensity performance. Of course, if you're not on the court regularly, it would also be right at home on the golf course.

And for your standard athletic apparel, there's so much to like. Favorites include ultra-lightweight running shorts with an 8" built-in compression line, also created with no-sew bonded hems and designed to dramatically reduce chafing during long runs and long workouts. We're also very into their cotton-blend t-shirts, which look and feel like something you'd pair with your favorite jeans but are packed with fitness-focused features, including "Freshguard" treatment embedded in the yarn, which virtually eliminates odor.

If you like standing out without standing out, we highly advise heading right here and shopping through the various looks. And, as always with all our favorite brands, we'll make sure to keep you posted on their new drops.
