Planned to be auctioned off on November 12, 2013 by RM Auctions, this beauty of a car has a history that's utterly unique and impressive. It was designed and commissioned by one of the members of the Vanderbilt family, where it was unveiled in 1956 at the Turin Auto Salon and later taken to the French Rivera, where friend-of-the-family Harry Schell, an American Formula 1 driver, spent some time behind the wheel. Not a bad story to tell once you throw down some cash and scoop this thing up.
